CYLINDERS BUNDLE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

•Close the main valves during handling and transport
•Ensure that the means, hooks and ropes for handling and/or lifting are satisfactory for the maximum gross weight indicated on each side of the bundle
•Use the appropriate slots for handling
•Keep the bundle in the upright position
•Always place the bundle on flat, hard and even surface preventing it from falling or being impacted
•Fix appropriately the bundle, on the vehicle during the transport
•Put the warning labels concerning the type of gas contained in the cylinders in accordance with the regulations relating to the transport and labeling of dangerous goods
•Fill the bundle in specialized centers and only if the due periodic test date hasn’t elapsed
•Check that the gross weight does not exceed the maximum gross weight indicated on each side of the bundle
•Ensure that the thread of the connection to the bundle conforms to the thread of the valve
•Operations on bundles must be carried out by trained and qualified staff with Personal Protective Equipment
•The requirements of national standards and regulations shall be respected.

WARNINGS

• It is forbidden to tamper or alter any part of the equipment
• Do not exceed the working pressure indicated on the bundle (for compressed gases)
• Do not exceed the maximum permissible filling weight (for liquefied gases)
• Do not exceed the maximum content of C2H2 (for C2H2 gases)
• Do not submit to impacts
• Do not grease
• Do not release the gas in closed spaces
• Do not submit to heat sources or flames
• Do not remove the safety guards
• Do not alter the safety information
• Do not alter the marking of the bundle or of the cylinders
